Extremely Disappointing Service and Hidden Charges. I specifically chose this company over other reputable car rental companies in Dubai, hoping for a smooth experience but it was extremely frustrating. At the start, they assured me of a flat rate with no hidden fees, and when I asked if there would be any excess payment, I was told there wouldn’t be. However upon returning the car, I was hit with additional charges that were never mentioned beforehand. The service was unprofessional and misleading. Not only was there a lack of transparency with pricing, but the staff were also unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns. I expected clear communication and honesty but instead, I ended up paying more than agreed, which completely defeats the purpose of a “flat rate.” I would strongly caution anyone thinking of renting from this company. If you value honesty, fair pricing, and good service, look elsewhere. Beware Everyone!!!
